Designs and Colors - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the designs and colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Unsolicited Ideas Policy - We are always happy to hear from you. We value your comments regarding our products. Our company policy, however, does not allow us to accept ideas for products other than those that we have requested. This policy is meant to avoid any misunderstanding that may arise when projects developed internally at Jenndigo Designs may seem similar to someone else's idea. Shipping & Orders

Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed as soon as possible. If there is a print on the order there is a 1-2 day additional process time. Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 3 business days for Express Shipping and up to 5 Business days for Ground Shipping. If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please call us directly. Expedited orders may incur a processing fee and a higher shipping charge for faster delivery.

Most orders qualify for a flat rate shipping charge of $7.00. Exceptions to the $7.00 flat rate charge depend on large quantity orders, overweight and irregular shaped items, and shipments to Hawaii & Alaska.

International Orders Policy

We are happy to ship internationally. The shipping charge for orders to be delivered to Canada is a flat fee varies on weight and order total. Some heavier items may incur extra shipping costs.

Other than Canada, you must email or call your order in for International orders. Please be aware that Jenndigo Designs is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. You will pay exact shipping plus a small handling fee ($1.00-$2.50) which will be calculated separately.

All international orders are shipped by Fedex or USPS. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Tracking and Insurance are included in International shipments. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we will cancel your order. No refunds are issued for returns, but store credit will be issued. International orders require 5-7 days processing time before shipping.

Return Policy

Any item that has been printed on is Non-Returnable.

30 Day Return Policy

For items that have not been printed on, all returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.

Free Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.

Exchange or Store Credit Only

Products may be returned for exchange or for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
